Kamares Apartments, is offering the perfect combination of a tranquil environment & location along with the stunning views to the Caldera cliffs and the famous Santorinean sunset always in accordance with the local authorities’ guidelines.

Health and safety is always our priority. We have always taken great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Considering the health and safety of our guests and staff as our top priority, we assure you that our integrated Health and Safety plan foresees all measures, specifications and procedures across all hotel departments to address the new COVID-19 and any disease that can transmitted in the community, in accordance to the World Health Organization, the Greek Ministry of Health and local authorities.

* Kamares Apartments offers only 8 rooms (apartments, suites and standard rooms in total), located on three different levels on the caldera cliff, so there is no crowding people.

* All rooms are accessed via outdoor corridors so you don’t have to pass through elevators or interior corridors or any other indoor corridor.

* Our Hotel is Bedroom Breakfast, the breakfast is served in the privacy of each room/balcony so in this case too you will not crowd into a breakfast room.

* Due to the traditional construction of the building all balconies/terraces are located in different levels so as result there is more than 1,5 to 2 meters distance from the person that seats to the other balcony/terrace.

* A Plexiglas divider have been installed at the Reception which will assist only two people at the time; any other guests at the same time will be waiting outside at the Reception patio until our Front Desk Agent inform them accordingly.

* Increased cleaning & hygiene protocols are in place, adjusted to health authorities’ instructions

We offer to all of our guests flexible booking options. Given these unique circumstances, we are making additional adjustments to our individual booking policies to ease any of your concerns.

At Kamares Apartments, we boost our hygiene standards following all the measures;

* Operation at low occupancy to ensure proper distancing

* Intensified cleaning & disinfection across all high-volume touch points & guestrooms

* Special cleaning protocols are in place and followed by our housekeeping staff. Daily cleaning service is provided, on request.

* Meticulous cleaning of A/C filters takes place after every departure. All windows are screened for natural ventilation

* Disinfectant dispensers for guests in Reception as well as in every apartment/room

* Bedroom Breakfast with high standards of food safety * Simple & fast check-in / check-out procedures with online check in and suggested check in time 15:00 and Check out time 11:00 following the mandatory instructions from the state due to COVID-19

* Close monitor of chlorine & pH is in place during opening times. Our hot tubs are checked multiple times in a day, according to local authorities’ instructions. Usage of a pool towel on sunbeds is obligatory

* Doctor on call 24/7 to provide special care to our guests

* Medical Kit and laser thermometer available for our staff and guests

* Ongoing training for our compliant staff.
